Auto Refresh on the List Tasks Panel
The Auto Refresh option allows you to select whether you want the List Tasks panel to be automatically refreshed with new data, or you can choose to have the panel static and be notified when there is data to update or that has been changed.
This option is available on the List Tasks Screen, The Card View and Event List Tasks.
The Auto Refresh option by default is switched on for each user, this means that the user will be kept up to date when changes are made to the Runbook.
If the Auto Refresh Option is switched off, the data you are viewing will no longer update automatically. Instead when there are updates made, which you have not received (as auto refresh has been switched off) the Top Panel writing will turn red. A count will also appear to highlight how many changes you do not have sight of.
To receive the most recent data changes you can do so by clicking the red refresh icon on the top of the screen.
On reaching the tenth notification the number will become a plus
If you invoke the Task Modal, any changes which have been made to that task will be presented to you. On closing the modal window the page will refresh and the notifications will be reset to 0.
