When Services are created within ICEFLO they are aligned a Criticality level. This Criticality label can be created and maintained from with the Admin Domain. Users who are of Admin permission level have the ability to access the Admin Domain and from here they will see the option of Service Criticality. These criticality values are then populated in the dropdown when when aligning a criticality to a Service.

From within the Criticality screen, users can create new critical values and update existing ones. Along side the naming of these critical values, a description can also be given and updated.

To add a new Critical Value you can do so via Add Row button, this adds a new line allowing you to give it a name and description.
