To Raise an Issue at task level this can be achieved via launching the task modal window, select the Issues tab and Raise Issue.

When raising an Issue at task level you can choose either to raise a no action Issue or, when relevant, suspend the task, suspend the runbook, activate the runbook or abandon the runbook.

Once the task has been raised you will be returned to the maintain Issue list modal window .

To maintain a task level Issue it can be accessed from either the Issues domain in the Runbook or from launching the task modal window and navigating to the Issues tab. Clicking into the issue via the title will launch the maintain Issue window
