Read Only Users
Read Only User is a new addition of user type who can log into ICEFLO and look at all data in the Group or Groups they've been aligned to.
A Read Only User will be able to:
- Become a member of a deployment team
- Have tasks aligned to them as Task Owners, though will not be able to start or stop them, add notes or make any changes to those tasks
- Receive Email Communications
- Receive SMS Communications
- Download PDF and CSV Reports, although they will not be able to generate the PDF reports
Creating and Maintaining Read Only Users
When creating a new user, under Authorisation Level, you will see the option Read Only. This will also appear when maintaining and updating a user's details.
A user can be promoted from Read Only to another Authorisation level at any point. However demoting a user to Read Only can only be done if they are not Managing Incomplete Events or Runbooks.
