When Trigger Comms is enabled on, a Task communication will be sent out to inform Users that the Task is either Late to Start or Late to Finish. These communications will be sent to those in the Deployment Team who have been set to listen to communications. These Comms are in addition to the Comms which advises that a Task has been activated or completed.
