Notify Owner
Notify Owner allows Task Owners to be notified by SMS and/or Email when their Task becomes available.
In order for a Task Owner to receive a notification that a Task is available, they must have the correct Contact details listed in Communications Preferences under My Profile, Settings.
You must ensure the task is aligned to an owner for the Notify Owner feature to work
The Notify Owner option can be set from the Grid Edit screen.
The Notify Owner option can also be set via the Edit Task screen.
