Personalised communication messages can be sent via ICEFLO on completion of tasks. These can be formatted using the HTML format editor allowing users to bold / underline  / add bullets points and numbering etc to text which will be sent via emails to Users on completion of tasks which have trigger comms enabled within a Runbook.

In the Comms message field you are limited to a maximum of 1500 characters, the character count in the bottom of the cell will count down the characters used. Once 1500 has been reached Users will not be able to add anything else to the cell.

Users will also be able to copy and paste text into the Comms Message field, however if the data being copied into the cell exceeds 1500 characters the paste option will not appear.
