Issue User Defined Fields

User Defined Fields are fields which allow users to add up to 100 characters of additional information to Issues which have been raised against either Events, Runbooks or Tasks.

These fields can be located on the Issue details modal window.  

 

Dictionary Enablement

The labels for the Issue User Defined Fields are dictionary enabled allowing organisations to change the labels of these fields to something which is of more relevance to them.

In order to change these names you must be of Administrator authorisation level. From the Left Hand Menu select Admin > Data Dictionary.

From here the label for Issue User Defined Fields are listed allowing for organisations to change these labels to something which is more relevant.
