Change Domain
From the left hand menu you have the option to view the Change domain. This option is available to all users. The change domain lists all changes which have been either created in ICEFLO.
A Change can be aligned to either an Event, Runbook, Stage or Task.
Change Records
The Change Domain will list all Changes which are aligned to either an Event, Runbook, Stage or Task which is part of a Group that you have sight of.
The Interactive Report lists:
- CR No
- Title
- State
- Priority
- Impact
- Risk
- Category
- Config Item
- Owner
- Duration
- End Time
- Event ID
- Event Title
- Runbook ID
- Runbook Title
- Stage
- Task
Depending on what the Change Records have been raised against, this will determine which of these fields have been populated with data.
Clicking on the CR number will launch the Change Record Details Modal window.
... More Options - Change Records
From both the Event and Runbook ... More Options menu item you have the ability to view the list of changes which have been associated to the Event, Runbooks in the Event, Stages in the Runbook and the Tasks in the Runbooks.
Please Note: That Change Requests can only be Created from the Object they will be associated to and not from the Change Domain.
Change Records Listed on the PDFs
When downloading any of the PDFs report you have the option to include any Change Records.
At Event Level, any Change Records which are associated to the Event, Runbooks in the Event, Stages in the Runbook and the Tasks in the Runbooks will be listed in the report, if selected.
At Runbook Level, any Change Records which are associated to the Runbook, Stages in the Runbook or Tasks in the Runbook will be listed, if selected.
