From the List Runbooks screen, if you have Author Authorisation Level or above you will see a button labelled My Runbooks.  Clicking this button will take you to the My Runbooks page which is an Interactive grid format.

From this Interactive Grid, all Runbooks which you are a Deployment Manager of and which are not in a Closed, Backout Closed or Abandoned State, will be listed. From this screen you have the ability to do the following actions to multiple Runbooks:

Teams

• Add a Team
• Delete a Team

Team Members

• Add a Team Member
• Delete a Team Member
• Promote a Team Member to Deployment Manager
• Demote a Team Member from a Deployment Manager
• Substitute a Team Member

Comms Preferences

• Update Users Communications Preferences

Interested Party

• Add an Interested Party
• Remove an Interested Party
