Event Reports
STP Status Report
From the Event - STPs screen, 742, select the STP Status Report from the Reports dropdown.
This Report summarises the loss/gain at the start and end of each STP in the Event.
Stage Status Report
From the Event - Tasks screen, 704, select the Stage Status Report from the Reports dropdown.
This Report can easily be searched and filtered on to ensure you are focusing on stages throughout the Implementation phase that are of interest to you. The Report highlights delay to start and delay to end, from planned times compared to actual. Additionally the complete delay highlights the forecast end time on activation against the actual end time.
Task Status Count
From the Event - Tasks screen, 704, select the Task Status Count Report from the Reports dropdown.
This Report shows you a snapshot of the STPs in the Event including the count and state of the Tasks within the implementation phase of each STP.
