Tasks in a state of Available can be skipped.

Clicking on the title of the Task you wish to skip will present you with the Task Detail modal window for the Task in context. From here you can check the box marked as 'Skip Task' and click Update Task to save your changes.

The  task will be immediately skipped and any successor tasks will become available for activation.
