Task Card View
At Runbook Level, you have the ability to view Tasks on a Task a Board View, Each Task will be aligned vertically under its stage.
Any tasks which are in the Implementation Phase will have a light grey background. Once activated any active stages will have a blue background.
The Board view will only show a maximum for 100 tasks.
Cards can be be expanded or collapsed. This can be actioned from the view bars in the top right of the panel.
Task Cards
Task Cards summarises the information about a task which is available on the list Task Screen
1. Task State, Critical Path Status, Task Title
2, Task Owner
3. Start and End Times
4. Status Visual
5. Task Dependency and Flags
If Tasks are available for activation they can be activated from the board view.
Clicking into the task card will launch the task details modal window.
Drag and Drop
You can restructure tasks in your Runbook via the board view by dragging and dropping cards into place.
Applying Filters to Board View
From the Board view you can create your own private view, to filter in on information which is most relevant to you. This can be done via the Create View button
From here you can choose which information you wish to report on and give this Private View a relevant name.
