Committing the Runbook to a Schedule
A successfully Approved and Scheduled Runbook can be Committed to a schedule by the Deployment Manager of that Runbook.
Committing The Runbook
To Commit the Runbook:
Select Commit button on the Runbook Panel. At this point the Planned Times for the tasks will be recorded. Any changes to Task Times from this point on will show in the Tasks Forecast.
Note: The Commit button will only be available to Users who have the permissions to progress the Runbook Lifecycle, this most likely will be a Deployment Manager of the Runbook.
