Post Implementation Report (PIR)

The Post Implementation Report (PIR) provides a summary of key information of a Runbook.  The Report will build as the Implementation Plan progresses. The final Report is available once the Runbook is Complete. During the active deployment the Report is called the Status Report. During an active deployment it is a useful report to issue out to a community not logged in to ICEFLO, and provides a snapshot in time view as the Runbook is progressed.

The Report provides information on the Runbook Schedule, the Stage Summary (Including Actual Start and Stop times and durations), the Top Ten Losers (Top ten Tasks which lost time on the original forecast duration), the Top Ten Gainers (Top ten Tasks which completed ahead of the original forecast duration) and the Issue Summary.
