The task grid option allows for users to make a number of different changes across a number of tasks. This can be done via the Edit Tasks Grid. On selecting the Edit buttons the screen will turn into an interactive grid allowing users to make multiple changes across different tasks. From here you can also add new stages and tasks to the Runbook.

From here you are able to click into any of the cells and make changes to the task. The rows dropdown allows you to configure how many tasks you wish to view at one time.

Using the check boxes from the left hand side users have the ability to make multiple edits to tasks in one action for example the 3 tasks selected here could all be moved to another stage in the Runbook, they could all be copied to another stage in the Runbook, these tasks could be approved in the Runbook or deleted from the Runbook.

Once you have selected the tasks and the actions which you want to take for example to copy the tasks the multi edit window will be launched.

If you opt to delete tasks from the Runbook then these will appear with a strike through them until the save action is invoked. On hitting the Save button the tasks will permanently be deleted.

If for any reason you wish to revert the change which you have made, you must do this before invoking the save button, for example we have identified that we have marked a task to be deleted which should not be deleted. From the tasks menu we can click and opt to revert the changes from that task.

You can now see that the action of delete has been removed for this task.
