Creating a Private Report
Within ICEFLO you have the ability to create your own Private Reports, this is available on the majority of screens and is beneficial when viewing Individual Runbook Tasks or Event Tasks you are able to create views and highlight information which is most beneficial to your role.
Once a Private Report is saved they will prevail across all Runbooks or Events.
To create a custom view, pick any existing public report in ICEFLO to form the base of your own view.
From the Actions Dropdown > Columns you can then chose which columns you wish to show in your view.
Using the toggle you can pick and choose which columns you wish to include in your report. You can also choose which order that these columns are listed and presented to you via the up and down arrows on the right-hand side
To save this view so it prevails across Runbooks from the Actions Dropdown >Save Report. When saving the report you can give it a name of your choice.
Once saved any Private Reports will also show in the Report Dropdown under Private Reports.
