Organisation Overview
The Admin manual is intended for the relatively small number of ICEFLO users who will be responsible for managing all aspects of ICEFLO Administration.
ICEFLO Organisation Structure
For individuals who will perform the Admin function, a full understanding of the following organisational structure is fundamental:
- Division: Each client can define a number of Divisions which represent the highest level at which that customer organisation can be sub-divided
- Department: Each Division can be broken down into a number of Departments
- Team: Each Department can then be broken down into a number of Teams
- User: Every user of the ICEFLO solution must belong to one, and only one, Team
