How do I Delete a Portfolio?
Portfolios are maintained under Catalogues. The option to Delete a Portfolio is only available to Users with Administrator authorisation.
Portfolios can only be deleted if they have no Services housed under them.
Catalogues
Select the Catalogues domain from the menu on the left hand side of the application. This will present you with a suite of Catalogue options.
Click the Portfolios - Services section from within Catalogues. This will take you to the Portfolios - Services screen.
Delete Portfolio
On the Portfolios screen, select the Portfolio you wish to delete.
Select the Row Actions menu (burger menu) and click Delete Row.
Note: you cannot delete a Portfolio if there are Services aligned to it. You must delete the Services first in order to then delete the Portfolio.
The Portfolio will show as striked through. Click Save to process the Delete action.
The Portfolio will be removed from the list.
