How do I Create a Portfolio?
Portfolios and Services can be accessed from the Catalogues Menu link. A Portfolio can contain many Services. Users with Administrator Authorisation can Create a Portfolio within ICEFLO.
Catalogues
The Portfolio section can be found by selecting the Catalogues domain from the menu on the left hand side of the screen. This will present you with a suite of Catalogue options.
Click on the Portfolios - Services section. This will take you to the Portfolios screen.
Portfolios
The Portfolios screen lists existing Portfolios with ICEFLO.
Create Portfolio
To create a new Portfolio you can select Add Portfolio from the top menu items or select Add Row from the Row Actions (burger menu) on the left hand side of the panel.
In the newly created row type in the Portfolio name, Description and Owner (if required) and then press Save to process the new addition.
Portfolio Created
The new Portfolio has been added and will show in the Portfolio list.
