How do I Create a Team

In ICEFLO, a Team represents a distinct work unit within a Department in a company or organisation. Teams are the third highest level into which an organisation can be divided. Divisions and Departments must be created before Teams within them can be created.  All users reside and must be allocated to a hierarchy of Divison-Department-Team.

Only Users with Admin authorisation can create, update and delete Teams.

Catalogues

The Catalogues section can be found by selecting the Catalogues domain from the menu on the left hand side of the application.  This will present you with a suite of Catalogue options. 

Click the Teams section.  This will take you to the relevant screen.

Add Team

To create a new Team you can select Add Team from the top menu panel of the Team section or select Add Row from the Row Actions (burger menu) on the left hand side of the panel.

In the newly created row type in your Team Name.  Press Save to process the new addition.

The new Team has now been created and sits in the hierarchy of Division/Department/Team.
