How do I Update a Team?

In ICEFLO, a Team represents a distinct work unit within a Department in a company or organisation. Teams are the third highest level into which an organisation can be divided. Divisions and Departments must be created before Teams within them can be created.  All users reside and must be allocated to a hierarchy of Divison-Department-Team.

Only Users with Admin authorisation can create, update and delete Teams.

Catalogues

Select the Catalogue domain from the left hand side menu within the application.  This will present you with a suite of Catalogue options. 

Click the Teams section of the Catalogues.  This will take you to the relevant page.

Update Team

To update a Team name you can either select the Edit button and click into the Team field or you can double click directly into the Team you wish to edit.

Once you have edited the Team click Save to process.

Update Department or Division for the Team

To Update the Division that the Team belongs to simply click into the relevant field and amend.

Press Save to process the amendment.
