How to Create a Billing Unit?

Users with Administrator authorisation can create, update and delete Billing Units.

Billing Units have been designed to allow organisations to assign Users from different areas or departments to specific units. This enables the organisation to easily view each Billing Unit, monitor monthly logins of Users and keep track of the associated costs.

 

Catalogues

Select the Admin domain from the menu on the left hand side.  This will present you with a suite of Client Admin options.

Click on the Billing Units section.  This will take you to the Billing Units screen.

You will then be presented with all the pre existing billing units within ICEFLO.

Create a Billing Unit

On the Billing Units screen select the Create Billing Unit button.

Billing Unit Created

A new Billing Unit will have been created and this is now reflected on the Billing Units screen.
