How do I Delete a Division?
In ICEFLO, a Division represents a distinct part of the company or organisation. Divisions are the highest levels into which an organisation can be divided. Divisions must be defined before Departments or Teams can be created.
Division maintenance resides in the Catalogues domain. Only Users with Administrator authorisation can create, update an delete Divisions.
Catalogues
Select the Catalogues domain from the menu on the left hand side of the application. This will present you with a suite of Catalogue options.
Click the Divisions - Departments section from withing Catalogues. This will take you to the Division screen.
Delete Division
On the Division screen, select the Division you wish to delete.
Select the Row Actions (burger menu) and click Delete Row
Note: you cannot delete a Division if there are Departments aligned to it.
The Division will show as striked through. Click Save to process the deletion of the Division.
The Division will be removed from the list.
