How do I Delete a Team?
In ICEFLO, a Department represents a distinct part of a Division within the company or organisation. Departments are the second highest levels into which an organisation can be divided. Divisions must be defined before Departments or Teams can be created. Each User must be allocated to a Division, a Department and Team which reside within that Division.
Users with Admin authorisation can create, udpate and delete Departments.
Catalogues
Select the Catalogues domain from the left hand side menu of the application. This will present you with a suite of Catalogues options.
Click the Teams section from within Catalogues. This will take you to the Teams screen.
Teams
The list of existing Teams under each Division/Department within ICEFLO will be listed on this screen.
Delete Team
On the Team panel, select the Team you wish to delete. Select the Row Actions (burger menu) and click Delete Row.
Note: you cannot delete a Team which has one or more Users associated to it.
The Team will show as striked through. Click Save to process the removal of the Team from the Department.
