How do I Create a Division?

In ICEFLO, a Division represents a distinct part of the company or organisation. Divisions are the highest levels into which an organisation can be divided. Divisions must be defined before Departments or Teams can be created.  

Division maintenance resides in the Catalogues domain. Only Users with Administrator authorisation can create, update an delete Divisions.

Catalogues

The Divisions section can be found by selecting the Catalogues domain from the menu on the left hand side of the application.  This will present you with a suite of Catalogue options.

Click on the Division - Departments section.  This will take you to the Divisions screen.

The Divisions - Departments screen lists existng Divisions and their associated Departments within ICEFLO.

Create Division

To create a new Division you can select Add Division from the top menu or select Add Row from the Row Actions (burger menu) on the left hand side of the panel.

In the newly created row insert a unique Division name.

Press Save to process the new addition to the Division Catalogue.
