How to Create a Group
Groups can be found in the Catalogue Domain of ICEFLO. Within ICEFLO each Runbook will be aligned to a Group. This means that Users will only ever see Runbooks which are aligned to Groups which they are part of.
Catalogues
Select the Catalogues domain from the menu on the left hand side. This will present you with a suite of Catalogue options.
Click on the Groups section. This will take you to the Groups screen.
Groups
The Groups screen will list existing Groups under Group Name and indicate, under the Default Column, which is the Default Group (Y) and which is not (N).
The Default Group is the Group to which Users are automatically assigned in ICEFLO.
Create Group
Click on the Create Group button and you will be presented with a simple form. Enter the Group Name and press Create Group.
Maintain Users in Group
Once the Group has been created you will be presented with a list of Users which you can add into this newly created Group.
