How do I Update a Service?
Services are housed under a particular Portfolio. A Service may house multiple Programmes under which many Projects will sit. A Service may serve a particular business function or purpose. Only Users with Administrator Authorisation can create, maintain and delete a Service.
Catalogues
Select the Catalogues domain from the left hand side. This will present you with a suite of Catalogues options.
Click on the Portfolios - Services section of the Catalogues. This will take you to the Portfolios - Services screen.
The list of existing Services within ICEFLO will be listed on this screen. Select the Portfolio on the top panel to view the list the Services aligned on the bottom panel.
Update Service
Click on Edit then type into the field you wish to edit or double click into the field that you wish to update. Make your changes then click Save.
The Service will be updated.
