How do I Update a Department?

In ICEFLO, a Department represents a distinct part of a Division within the company or organisation. Departments are the second highest levels into which an organisation can be divided. Divisions must be defined before Departments or Teams can be created. Each User must be allocated to a Division, a Department and Team which reside within that Division.

Users with Admin authorisation can create, update and delete Departments.

Catalogues

Select the Catalogues domain from the left hand side of the application.  This will present you with a suite of Catalogue options

Click the Divisions - Departments section of the Catalogues.  This will take you to the Division and Departments screen.

The list of existing Departments within ICEFLO will be listed on this screen.  Select the Division from the primary panel (top) to view the list of Departments aligned in the secondary panel (middle).

Update Department

Select one of the Divisions, then select the Department you wish to update from the secondary panel.

Make your changes and then click Save to process your updates.
