How do I Create a Project?

In ICEFLO, Projects are housed within individual Programmes under the Catalogues domain.  

Projects can be created, deleted and updated by Users with Administrator authorisation.

Catalogues

The Catalogues section can be found by selecting the Catalogues domain from the menu on the left hand side of the screen.  This will present you with a suite of Catalogue options.

Projects

The List Projects screen lists all existing Projects which sit under a particular Programme.  The List Projects screen provides and over view of Project details including, the Project Code, the Project Description, the Project Sponsor, the Project Manager and the Project Owner.

By selecting a Programme from the primary panel, a list of Projects aligned to that particular Programme will automatically appear in the bottom secondary panel.

Create Project

To create a Project under a Particular Programme:

Select the Programme in which you want to create the new Project.  

To create a new Project you can select Add Project from the top menu of the Projects section or select Add Row from the Row Actions (burger menu) on the left hand side of the panel.

In the newly created row type in the Project Name.  Press Save to process the new addition.

Project Created

The new Project has now been created and sits under the chosen Programme.
