Issues - Amend Estimated Resolution Time or Estimated Duration

When raising an issue you are able to give the issue either a new Estimated Resolution Time or a Estimated Duration for the time it will take for the issue and the task to be completed.

This is only mandatory when suspending either a task or the Runbook and it is optional when raising an Issue with no action, Backout or Abandon action associated with it.

When raising the Issue, if you enter a new Resolution time, in turn the estimated duration will update.

If you enter a new Estimate Duration for the completion of an issue then in turn the Estimated Resolution time will also update.
