In the ICEFLO application you can raise Issues with Low, Medium or High severity.

Note: Caution must be exercised when assigning severity to an Issue as automated escalation communications may occur i.e. Medium and High severity may result in the sending of emails to those involved in the deployment.  Issue Severity can be amended after the initial creation.
