Once a Runbook or an Event has been created, the Issue Feature of ICEFLO is available for Users to Raise and Maintain Issues against the Tasks and Runbooks. Issues can be raised against Tasks in any Phase of the Runbook.

When Raising an Issue against a Runbook there are four actions available to the User:

• No Action
• Suspend Runbook
• Activate Backout
• Abandon Runbook

When Raising an Issue against a Task again there are four actions available to the User:

• No Action
• Suspend Task
• Activate Backout
• Abandon Runbook
