Raise Issue - No Action

Raise Issue

From the Issues icons on the Runbook Summary panel select Raise Issue.

Create Issue

On the Raise Issue screen, select:

'No Action' and then complete the mandatory fields and then select 'Raise Issue'.

You will notice in the example above, that the STP is in a state of 'Committed', therefore you will only be presented with No Action and Abandon STP.  If the STP was in a State of  'Active' and you would be presented with four options - No Action, Suspend STP, Activate Backout and Abandon STP.

List Issues

By selecting the 'No Action' option, you will create an 'Open' Issue.  This can be can viewed from the STP Issues screen which can be located by selecting the Issues icon on the STP summary panel.

In the example above which reflects that the Issue is Open by the open file icon in the Status column.
