Issue Download
The Issue Download function allows all active Users to download information about all the issues raised in a Runbook into an EXCEL spreadsheet. The Runbook must be in at least a Committed state to use this function.
Download Issues
From the Runbook - summary panel select Issues
Click on the Download Issues button
Issues Download (XLS) - Excel Data
The Issues Download (XLS) function downloads the issues into Excel. This list includes Issue details, Runbook Details, Action Taken i.e. Suspended Runbook, if the Issue was System Generated, Resolution Type, when the Issue was Raised, Estimated Resolution of the Issue, when the Issue was Closed and Issue actioners/owners,
