Raise Issue - Suspend Runbook

Users can Suspend a Runbook by raising an Issue. Completing this process will result in an 'Open' Issue and the Runbook transitioning to a Suspended state. Runbooks must be in an Active state to perform this function. On Suspending a Runbook Tasks already in an Active state may be completed, but no other Tasks will become available, so the action essentially prevents any other activities to be progressed.

How to Suspend a Runbook

To Raise an Issue to suspend the Runbook:

Navigate to the Issue screen

From the Raise Issue screen, select Suspend Runbook.  This will present you with the relevant fields you need to complete.

Insert, at least, all mandatory fields to Raise the Issue, notably: the Title, the Issue Owner, the Estimated Resolution Time and Description; then select Raise Issue.
