To Clone an Event select the Clone icon from the ... More Options menu at Event Level

In the Clone Event screen you will be prompted to enter the new details of the Event you are cloning. There are multiple options which you can opt to retain.

• A User can select whether to use the same Event Managers for the target clone.  If you select Yes then the source Event Managers will be retained in the Clone.  If you choose No then the user Cloning the Event will be the only (and default) Event Manager of the new Event.
• Users should add a New Start Time for the Cloned Event, offsetting the Event schedule of the clone according to the difference between New Start Time and source Event start time.
• When cloning a Runbook or Event, ICEFLO will provide the Existing Start Time of the Runbook or Event you have chosen to Clone, so you have that information as a reference point before selecting a new time for the Cloned Runbook or Event.
• Users can select to Clone Planned times, which results in the clone using the Planned duration for the tasks if the source Runbook is in a post Committed state.  
• The option is available to Retain Skipped Tasks within the Runbook(s).  This will apply to all Skipped Tasks in all Runbooks included in the Cloned Event.
• Users can also decide if they wish to retain all documents and notes from the source Runbooks in the Event.
• When cloning an Event which has changes aligned to the Event Users have the option to either move the Change Records over to the new Event or leave them in the existing one.

When cloning an Event existing Issues and Reports will not be Cloned.

Please note that cloning an Event will clone the Event into the same Group or Groups, and Runbooks will be cloned in the same Programmes, Projects, Services and Environments as the source Runbooks.

Once all details have been entered click Clone Event.

You will be presented with your newly cloned Event with your Runbooks in the state of Construction.
