Event Details

From within the Event Summary panel click on the Details icon.  This will present the Event - Detail section. Please note that this panel is only editable by Event Managers of the Event.

  1. Event Title - You can amend the title of the Event from this field.
  2. Event State - When an Event is created the default setting for the state of the Event is Open.  When the Event is in a state of Build no activation of Runbooks will be permitted until the Event Manager has opened the Event.  When an event is Closed, the Runbooks become dormant and you cannot edit these unless the Event Manager Re-Opens the Event.
  3. Runbook State - This will be Construction, Committed or Active dependent on the state of your Runbooks.
  4. Govern Runbook Activation - If you wish to Govern the Runbook Activation i.e. prevent Runbooks from being activated until the Event has been opened by the Event Manager, change this to Yes. This will move the Event to a state of Build.
  5. Manage Runbook Timecalcs - If a Runbook is part of an Event, whereby the timecals are 'managed' then the Runbooks will automatically become Dormant once the Event is Closed.  To Resume a Runbook which belongs to a Closed Event the Event must be re-opened.
  6. Initial Forecast End - This is the time where the Runbooks within the Event were initially forecast to end.
  7. Forecast End - This is the time where the Runbooks within the Event are currently forecast to end.
  8. Gain - This is the time in minutes the Event is running behind the planned schedule.
  9. WC Forecast End - This is the time of the Backout Worse scenario.
  10. Closing Narrative - This can be added when Closing an Event.
