Event Issues

This screen presents you with a list of Issues which have been raised across all the Runbook's registered to the Event. An Issue can be managed from the Event level but must be created at the Runbook level.

From this screen the ID, severity, state of the Issue, action (i.e. suspended), Issue title, Issue owner, owning team, who raised the issue and the Runbook to which the issue is aligned, can be viewed.

  2. Severity - (High, Medium, Low)
  3. State - Open or Closed
  4. Action - i.e. Suspened
  5. Title - Issue Title
  6. Owner - Owner of Issue
  7. Owning Team
  8. Raised By - Issue RaisedBy
  9. Raised At - Date and Time the Issue was raised
  10. Resolution - Time of resolving the Issue
  11. Runbook Name - Name of the Runbook that the Issue is aligned to
  12. Task Details - If the Issue is aligned to a Task

Selecting an Issue title will return you to the Runbook in context.
