Event Views

The Event List Screen can be viewed by selecting the Events domain on the left hand side of the application.  

This list shows a list of Events which are aligned to the Group or Groups you are a part of.  Viewing Events from this screen gives users more information surrounding their Events. Users can see at glance who the Default Event Manger is, when the Event was originally scheduled for and compare this with the current forecast end time of the Event.

Please note that only Open Events are shown on the Primary Report.

Closed Events and other reports can be found by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to the Primary Report as shown below.

Event Calendar

The Event Calendar can be invoked by clicking the Calendar icon next to Create Event.

The Event Calendar view presents Users with a Calendar view of all Events which they are involved in. The colour bar behind the Event Title denotes the RAG status of the Event.  The view shows the span between the Event Change Window Start and either the Event End or Event Forecast End, whichever is the greater. Clicking on the Event title in the Calendar will take you to the Event detail.

  • Green RAG Status - Completion within the Change Window
  • Yellow RAG Status - Completion after the Change Window has ended but before the end of the Event Protection Period
  • Amber RAG Status - Completion within the Event Protection Period
  • Red RAG Status - Completion after the Event End
  • Grey RAG Status - Closed Event

To navigate back to the Event List click on the List icon next to Create Event.
