The Event List Tasks screen will list all tasks across all Runbooks which have been added to the Event. The Tasks view can be changed by using Interactive Reports, to add or remove columns, to filter or sort views, to view the suite of Default Reports or to create new Private Reports. Clicking into a Task Title will launch the Maintain Task Modal Window.

From here users who have the correct permissions will be able to activate and complete tasks.

Once a Task has been given an Event Task ID, this number will not change unless the Event manager invokes the 'Re-sequence Tasks' button.
