My Profile
The My Profile menu allows you to customise various settings within your ICEFLO profile.
The My Profile menu prevails across all screens allowing you to access it from anywhere.
By clicking on the My Profile menu you will be presented with various options.
Within the My Settings option your are given multiple options.
You can edit your:
Contact details
Timezone
Communication Preferences
ICEFLO Communications
To set your Comms preferences, from the My Settings link
1. Select Communications Preferences tab.
Set Receive Preferences for Communications and Escalations
On the Communication Preferences tab:
Check how you wish to receive your Comms, that is, whether you wish your Comms and Escalation Comms to be sent to you by SMS and/or email. Insert, where applicable, your Mobile number and email address.
Note that it is generally recommended that both Comms channels are selected as this will ensure that Comms are still received if one communication channel is temporarily down or not available (for example, if you are temporarily in an area where there is no internet connection or there is no signal for your mobile device).
Select Update My Comms Pref to ensure your Communication Preferences are updated successfully.
In the above example, the User has selected to receive general Comms via Email. The email sent from ICEFLO would take the following format:
STP: 2436
STP NAME:Data Migration
STP STATE:Complete
STP IMP RAG STATE: Green
STP BO RAG STATE:Green
TASK: Check special batch run successful and without error
COMPLETE
In the above example, the User has also selected to receive Escalation messages visa SMS. The SMS sent from ICEFLO would take the following format:
ESC:2436 Data Migration IMP forecast to end within SPP
(The above SMS reflects that the Implementation Phase is now forecast to end within the Service Protection Period.)
