Logging Into ICEFLO

Launch ICEFLO Login Screen
New users will be administered by your Organisation's ICEFLO Administrator. Once provisioned new users will receive a welcome email with login details and a separate emailing containing a temporary password, which users will be forced to change on first login.
Note: the password is case sensitive and you will be prompted to change your password on first login. For future reference this is done by clicking on Change Password under My Personal Details section of the Home Page.
Change your password on first login
On logging into ICEFLO for the first time, you will have to change your password. Choose a memorable password - ICEFLO enforces a password of no less that 8 characters with at least one alpha and one numeric. Your change will be successfully changed and you will now be prompted to login with your new password.
Change Password
You can change your password at anytime. From the My Personal Details panel of your Home Page please select the Change Password option and change your password.
Enter New Password
Again choose a memorable password.
Forgot Password
- If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one by clicking the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page
- Enter your username (usually your email address) and select 'Go'
- An email will be sent to you with details on how to create a new password
Once you have received your new password and use it for the first time, you will be asked to change your password to something which is more memorable.
