Documents at Task Level
Documents can be uploaded and attached to specific Tasks, rather than the overall Runbook.
To upload a Document or Document link to a specific task you must click into the task. From the Task Details screen and navigate to the Documents tab.
This will open the Task Documents tab. From here you have the ability to either add a link to a Document or upload a document.
Once you documents or link to documents have been uploaded to the Task they will remain on the Task Documents tab. They will also be listed under the Runbooks Documents from the Runbook details panel.
Once a document has been added to a Task, this task can be identified from the List Tasks screen as the Document icon will change.
1. Shows that the Task has a Document attached
2. Shows that there is no Document attached to the task
