Clone User
If a User requires provisioning into ICEFLO and has the same role and responsibilities as another User already created then the easiest way to create this new User is to Clone them.
From the Users domain select the User you wish to Clone from. Click on their name to take you to the Maintain User screen.
From this screen select the Clone User button.

You will be presented with the Clone User screen. You will notice that the email address, forename and surname fields are blank but all other fields have been cloned over from the original User.
Simply enter these fields, if required update others, then click Clone User.
The new User will be cloned and welcome emails sent out.
