How do I Delete a User?

Only Users with Administrator User Manager access are able to delete a User's account.  Please note that you can only delete Users who have not logged in.  If Users have logged in then we would recommend deactivation.

To Delete a User, select the User domain from the main left hand menu.  This will take you to the Users screen, 300.

Select the User you wish to Delete by clicking on their User Name.  This will take you to the Maintain User screen, 310.

Click on the Delete button to take you to the Delete User screen.

Delete User

Select the Delete button.  This will Delete the User.

If the User has logged in you will receive an error message advising you that the User cannot be Deleted.
