Component Details Modal Window

Clicking into a Component will launch the component details modal window. From here you can view in detail attributes of the Component, if you have been added to the HLP User Community then from this screen you will be able to make amendments to the Components.

Component Details

From the Component Details screen you can see the Swimlane which the Component is aligned to, the Workstream which is belongs to, the Title of the Component, Owner, Start Time, Durations and and Description which has been given to the component.

The Stages Start and Duration fields will be populated once the Component has been mapped to its Stages. These fields are Read Only.

Milestone

The Milestone tab allows you to highlight that a milestone has been reached either on the Activation of the Component or once the Component has been Completed. These Milestones can be added to either the Start or End of Components.

Issues

Issues can not be raised against Components, however if there are any issues which are raised against Stages which have been mapped to the Components then these will be listed under the Issues tab.

Dependencies

Dependencies can be created between components to determine the flow in the activity of work. Dependencies between the Components can be set as either Finish to Start Dependencies or Start to Start Dependencies. These can be added or removed by using the plus or minus buttons.

Times

The Start and End times listed is the Start and End time of the Component which the User has manually entered. On activation of the Component these Start and end times get populated with the Actual Times and the Planned Times. The Times which were originally entered by the User get populated into the Planned Start and End fields.

The Stage Driver Start and End Times is the Start and End Times of the Stages which have been mapped to the Component. If the Duration of the Stages mapped to the Component breach the duration tolerance then then this will be highlighted via the Duration Issue Field. If the scheduling of the Components breaches the Start tolerance then this will also be highlighted via the Schedule Start Issue field. this are also visually represented via the misaligned component count when view the overall plan.

Drivers

From the Drivers Tab you can easily see which Runbooks and Stages have been mapped to Components.

Clicking the Update icon will launch the Maintain Component Drivers Screen. From here you can see which Stages are mapped to which Components and what other Stages in the Runbook are mapped to.
