Updating a Component
To make changes to a Component click into the Component this launches the Component Details modal window. From this modal window you can change the Component Details, edit any Milestones, View Issues, View more Detailed Times and edit any Stage Drivers which have been mapped to the component.
Component Details
From the Details tab you can amend the Swimlane, Workstream, Component Title, Owner, Start Time, Duration and Description.
Amending the Swimlane will change the position of where the Component sits in the plan. If you opt to change the Workstream that a component belongs to then the Component will take on the Colours of the new Workstream which it has been aligned to.
Milestone
Milestones can be added, amended and removed from the Milestone Tab, these Milestones can be added to either the Start or End of the Components.
Dependencies
From the Dependency tab you have the ability to create and update dependencies. From this tab you can create both predecessor and successor dependencies to and from other Components within the plan.
Drivers
Once a Component has been added to a plan Stages and Runbooks can be mapped. Before individual stages can be mapped, the Runbook must be added to the Component first. More information on Component Mapping can be found here
