At the bottom of the High Level Plan you have the Viewport. This can be used to navigate around the Plan allowing you the ability to zoom into specific time period.

The highlighted box depicts the area of the plan which you are viewing the smaller this area is the more smaller period of time you are looking at, dragging and dropping the grey area on the viewport will refresh the above view.
