Click into the Component and navigate to the Drivers Tab from here a list of Runbooks which are part of the Event will be listed. Add the Runbook which you want to map to the Component.

On adding the Runbook to the Component you then have to opt which stages of the Runbook you want to map to the component. To do so click the update button.

On clicking the update button the Maintain Component Drivers screen will be launched.

This allows you to select which Stages from the Runbook which you wish to map. You can chose stages from the Pre Implementation Phase, Implementation Phase and Post Implementation Phase. All or some of the Stages can be mapped across.

Once stages have been mapped to the components the Stage Column image will update to reflect how much of the Stages from the Runbook have been mapped.

If a stage has already been mapped to another Component it will show in the Mapped to Other column. If you wish to map an already mapped component to another Component it first must be removed from its existing mapping to show for selection.

From the ... More Options > Component Drivers you see that we you can which what Stages have been mapped to which components and which stages from the Event which have not yet been mapped to components. Stages which have not been mapped will be listed under the Unmapped Stages section of the screen. From this section you have the ability to map Stages to the Components.

Stage which have not yet been mapped can be mapped from this screen Clicking the add button on the Stage which is not mapped will launch a modal window which contains a list of all the Components which form your plan. From here you can select the component which you want to map the Stage to.
